Job Description

As a Project Manager at Innovative Architecture Firm, you will drive architectural projects forward, interfacing with clients and teams to enhance performance and project outcomes. You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and clarity of our design vision throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and develop project scopes and objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
• Guide the team on best practices in project planning and delivery.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in the architecture or construction industry

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
