Job Description

As an Accountant at Finance Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial reports, managing accounting processes, and offering guidance on financial decisions. This role is key to driving our clients' success and ensuring adherence to SA laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns and supporting documentation.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Support the management team in financial analysis and reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff.
• Engage with clients regarding financial performance.
• Review financial processes and recommend improvements.
• Conduct variance analysis and report on discrepancies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• CA(SA) highly recommended

Experience

• Minimum 4 years experience in similar roles.

• Management Accountant (CMA)
