Job Description

The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for overseeing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and monitoring patient safety. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of clinical studies and managing site obligations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all trial activities and ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Collaborate closely with the data management team to review clinical data.
• Implement corrective actions in collaboration with study teams as necessary.
• Act as a point of contact between clinical sites and the sponsor organization.
• Prepare and maintain trial files and essential study documents.
• Evaluate and report study progress to the Clinical Trials Manager.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a Health-related field

Experience

• 1-3 years of direct experience in clinical research
