Job Description

The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for overseeing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and monitoring patient safety. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of clinical studies and managing site obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor clinical trials to ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and audits to oversee trial processes and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate the logistics of clinical trials.
  • Provide training and support to clinical site staff on study protocols.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and ethics applications.
  • Data management and tracking to ensure accuracy of trial data.
  • Communicate with Principal Investigators regarding trial updates and patient recruitment.
  • Manage documentation related to clinical trial operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a Health-related field
Experience
  • 1-3 years of direct experience in clinical research
