Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and implementing employee engagement initiatives. Your contributions will be critical to maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs.
  • Design and implement employee wellness programs.
  • Organize internal events to promote company culture.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
  • Benchmark compensation and benefits against market standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
  • Advanced degree is preferred

  • 7+ years of HR management experience with leadership roles
