Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns.
• Manage the HR budget and resources effectively.
• Create and implement employee engagement surveys.

• Monitor employee satisfaction and morale.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences
• Postgraduate degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in general HR practices
