As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction. Based in Durban, you will address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with other departments to improve our service delivery. Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Tertiary qualification in business or communications is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment
