Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Bloemfontein who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer messages and respond appropriately.
  • Work to resolve issues effectively while maintaining customer rapport.
  • Keep up-to-date with product updates and service changes.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.
  • Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions for process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre
