Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant in Durban, you'll play a key role in understanding client needs, sourcing candidates, and facilitating the hiring process. Your expertise in talent acquisition will drive our success in meeting client expectations while providing candidates with fulfilling job opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source suitable candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate assessments to match candidates with roles.
  • Collaborate with clients to refine job descriptions and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to manage candidate databases.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Advantageous
