Job Description

Join our dynamic team in Cape Town as a Learning and Development Manager. You will be responsible for developing and managing learning strategies, ensuring employees have the skills needed to excel in their roles and contribute effectively to company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and execution of training plans.
  • Identify and address employee learning needs.
  • Create an engaging learning environment that encourages participation.
  • Measure and report on training outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Develop partnerships with external training providers.
  • Promote a culture of lifelong learning within the organization.
  • Lead talent development initiatives aligning with business goals.
  • Implement new training technologies to enhance learning experience.
  • Prepare training budgets and schedules.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback on training programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a similar role or proven experience as an L&D specialist
