Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations efficiently.
  • Greet and assist clients as they arrive.
  • Answer phones and assist in inquiry management.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies when needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to keep the reception area tidy.
  • Support other administrative staff as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Office Administration or similar field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a reception or administrative role
