Job Description

Join us as an IT Support Technician, where you will be the first point of contact for clients needing technical support. You'll manage hardware and software troubleshooting while ensuring efficient IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with network setup and maintenance.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
  • Implement solutions for improving user experience.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on IT equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or IT-related field
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a technical support role
