Job Description

As a valued team member, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, tracking shipments, and liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure uninterrupted operations. This position requires excellent communication skills and an aptitude for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and freight arrangements as per client orders.
• Ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and deliveries.
• Interface with sourcing and procurement teams for smooth operations.
• Implement cost-saving measures within logistics procedures.
• Lead projects focused on improving logistics processes.
• Engage in training new team members on logistics compliance standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant logistics experience

Languages

• English: Fluent
