Job Description

Looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing building sites, ensuring project timelines are met while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day site operations and manage site staff.
• Plan and schedule site works while monitoring progress against timelines.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in contract negotiations and liaise with relevant authorities.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to project management team regarding project performance.

Requirements

Education

• BTech or BSc in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of site supervision experience in construction industry

Languages
