Job Description

Join our dynamic textile manufacturing team as a Bleacher! You will play a crucial role in preparing fabrics for dyeing by operating and maintaining bleaching equipment while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire bleaching process, ensuring the highest quality outputs.
• Prepare fabric samples for analysis and testing.
• Document operational data and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in training new employees on bleaching procedures.
• Implement improvements in machine operation and bleaching workflows.
• Maintain and operate bleaching equipment during day and night shifts, as required.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical certification in textiles or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in the textile or manufacturing sector

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Quality control procedures

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
