Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee our Durban store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring high levels of customer service. You will lead a dynamic team and be at the forefront of our retail strategy, enhancing customer experiences and optimizing performance across all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute retail strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to payroll and scheduling.
  • Evaluate business performance and propose actionable solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in the retail industry with management responsibilities
