• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Retail management certification preferred
• Sales Management Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Inventory Management Experience in managing inventory and stock levels.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Effective at identifying issues and implementing solutions.
