We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating organizational needs, consulting with management, and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing overall effectiveness. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills to drive performance and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop and implement training programs that align with business goals.
• Facilitate change management processes and support teams during transitions.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive talent management initiatives.
• Create employee engagement surveys and analyze results to inform strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development strategies.
• Act as a resource for conflict resolution and mediation within teams.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through workshops and training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline
• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in organizational development or human resources management
