You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, ensuring every detail is attended to for a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Design creative event concepts that align with client objectives.
• Manage the logistical aspects of events, ensuring smooth execution.
• Work with caterers, decorators, and entertainers to bring events to life.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of suppliers to ensure quality.
• Prepare risk assessments and contingency plans for events.
• Collect and analyze data to assess the success of events.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts for collaborations.
• Create engaging presentations for pitch meetings with potential clients.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
