Job Description

Join Event Pros as an Event Planner where you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of event planning from concept to execution. We're looking for a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills. You will be responsible for managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring that events run smoothly, delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement event themes and concepts that reflect client expectations.
  • Hire and oversee staff for events, including setup, catering, and security.
  • Use problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during events.
  • Conduct site visits and liaise with venue management.
  • Compile post-event reports and analyze feedback for future planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's in Event Management preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event coordination and planning
