Responsibilities
Lead workshops and seminars on diversity topics.
Assist in the recruitment process to enhance diversity within the workforce.
Evaluate diversity metrics and benchmarks.
Foster partnerships with community organizations to promote D&I.
Facilitate mentoring programs aimed at underrepresented groups.
Support the development of inclusive policies and practices.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding D&I.
Encourage employees to join diversity committees and networking groups.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Master's degree in Diversity and Inclusion or related field is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in diversity or HR roles
