Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team in Cape Town. This role involves managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, assisting in talent development, and ensuring that employee needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment initiatives including job fairs and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Implement and promote employee wellness and engagement programs.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts across the workplace.
  • Respond to employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist with the development and administration of HR policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
