• Use various sourcing techniques to attract candidates, including social media and networking.
• Perform reference checks and background screenings.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve selection processes.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Develop relationships with local universities and professional networks.
• Provide hiring managers with training on interviewing techniques.
• Conduct exit interviews to gain insights on employee retention.
• Stay current with best practices in recruitment and hiring.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment role

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Certifications

Languages
