Job Description

Join our forward-thinking HR team as a Compensation Analyst, responsible for designing and managing our compensation framework. You will work closely with leadership to create competitive pay structures, conduct market analysis, and develop rewards programs that align with our corporate values and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of salary data to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws.
  • Collaborate with finance to evaluate the budget impact of proposed compensation changes.
  • Support the development of employee incentive programs.
  • Monitor legislation and industry trends related to compensation.
  • Assist in preparing compensation-related presentations for management.
  • Research and analyze competitive compensation data to improve retention strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis or HR-related roles
