We are on the lookout for a talented Industrial Engineer to join our innovative team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in process improvement and systems optimization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing production processes with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Implement regulatory and compliance standards within manufacturing processes.
• Liaise with suppliers to enhance raw material usage efficiency.
• Lead improvement projects focusing on cycle time reduction and cost efficiency.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for production.
• Engage with team members to foster a culture of safety and quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in an industrial engineering role or similar
