Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed orthopedic evaluations for patients seeking rehabilitation.
  • Establish and execute individualized treatment protocols based on clinical guidelines.
  • Educate patients on the benefits of therapeutic exercises and self-management techniques.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to impact patient recovery positively.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments to measure treatment effectiveness.
  • Contribute to team-based evaluations to enhance patient care quality.
  • Document all patient interactions and progress succinctly.
  • Engage in community outreach or health education initiatives.,
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff in physiotherapy techniques.
  • Engage in research activities to advance physiotherapy practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, specializing in outpatient care
