Special Events Coordinator

Job Description

As a Special Events Coordinator, you will take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing a wide variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and festivals. You will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive event plans, from initial concepts to on-day execution.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the planning process.
• Regularly assess event venues for suitability regarding client requirements.
• Supervise the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all details align with client expectations.
• Maintain current knowledge of trends in the events industry to enhance service offerings.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to facilitate repeat business.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring each is delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in event coordination
