We are seeking a Sustainable Design Architect with a passion for environmental design. You will lead projects aimed at integrating sustainable practices and innovative solutions into the built environment, while collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure the delivery of exceptional designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of eco-friendly building designs.
• Implement sustainable design principles in all phases of design.
• Cultivate a network of sustainable product suppliers and contractors.
• Advocate for the integration of biophilic design in architecture.
• Conduct research on emerging sustainable technologies.
• Utilize software tools for energy modeling and simulation.
• Prepare feasibility studies for prospective projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design or Architecture
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience focusing on sustainable building solutions

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Energy Modeling Software

Certifications

• Green Globes Certification
• Sustainable Architecture Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
