Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. You will work closely with patients to assess their needs and develop tailored therapy plans aimed at enhancing their daily functions and overall wellbeing. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients to identify their needs and set measurable goals.
  • Design and implement effective treatment techniques.
  • Work closely with patients to assist in regaining independence.
  • Regularly review treatment plans and patients' progress.
  • Provide training and consultation to support staff as needed.
  • Develop community outreach programs to educate the public on occupational therapy benefits.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance therapy practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Master's degree in a related field is an asset
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical settings
