We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics skills to provide actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making across various departments. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate data into meaningful reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze data from various sources to produce actionable insights.
• Communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of data processes and analytical methodologies.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new data tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure database systems are developed as per analytical requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master's degree is a significant advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis
