Job Description

We seek energetic operators to manage and maintain our molding machines. This role entails setting up equipment, monitoring production, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate molding machines for various production runs.
• Monitor machine output for quality and consistency.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on equipment.
• Document and report any operational discrepancies.
• Assist in training team members on best practices.
• Coordinate with quality control for product inspections.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste.
• Adhere to workplace safety and environmental practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Trade certification in relevant fields is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years operating experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Time management

Certifications

• MIG and TIG Welding Certification
• ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
