Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager based in Durban, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with our products. Your insight into customer needs will directly impact our growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and ensure they are set up for success.
  • Identify and document best practices to share across the customer success team.
  • Coordinate with technical support to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Conduct feedback sessions to improve the customer experience and provide insights to the team.
  • Participate in customer success strategy meetings to align company objectives with customer needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5 years of experience in customer success or related fields
