Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Logistics Coordinator in Durban who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating logistics and supply chain processes. The successful candidate will manage shipping schedules, track inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of goods. You will play a key role in optimizing our logistics operations and improving our service quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics documentation and maintain accurate records of shipments.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are followed throughout the logistics process.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings in transportation and logistics operations.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions for logistics tracking.
• Conduct training for team members on best logistics practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles

Technical Skills

• ERP Software
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Logistics and Supply Chain Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
