We are seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel to clients on immigration matters, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex immigration laws for clients and colleagues.
• Prepare and file petitions, applications, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on compliance with immigration regulations.
• Engage in negotiations with immigration officials when necessary.
• Provide insight and strategic direction for immigration-related projects.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on immigration processes.
• Develop and maintain resources for Immigration Law practice.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent law degree
• Postgraduate studies in immigration law is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in immigration law
