We are searching for a seasoned Project Manager who will oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide a diverse team. Your role will involve managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring that all goals are met smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Facilitate meetings and status updates with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
• Implement and manage change controls as required during the project.
• Provide mentoring and support to junior project team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Agile certification is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in managing projects
