We are in search of a Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our support solutions, providing guidance to clients and optimizing our service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in upgrading client systems and software.
  • Contribute to the development of support documentation and guides.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support
