Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Compliance Analyst to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company's operations and procedures comply with regulatory standards. This role will involve conducting audits, implementing compliance programs, and collaborating with departments to promote a culture of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance initiatives and ensure that policies are enforced.
• Assist in developing strategic compliance objectives to meet business goals.
• Review company operations for compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide guidance on compliance-related queries from management and staff.
• Monitor compliance metrics and track progress towards compliance goals.
• Engage with regulatory bodies as necessary to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Facilitate internal compliance awareness events and workshops.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Management, or a related discipline
• Certification in Compliance Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles
