We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting recruitment strategies, attracting top-tier talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to clearly understand their needs and deliver the best candidates for various roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Create and present candidate profiles to hiring managers.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image in the job market.
• Conduct market research to identify trends in talent acquisition.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR
• Relevant certifications in recruitment is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a corporate environment
