We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting recruitment strategies, attracting top-tier talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to clearly understand their needs and deliver the best candidates for various roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to offer letter generation.
• Develop creative and effective job advertisements to attract diverse candidates.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and passive job seekers.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications on selected candidates.
• Support the onboarding process by ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
• Engage with alumni and former candidates for talent sourcing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on employer branding initiatives.
• Organize and participate in recruitment information sessions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and suggest improvements.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance recruitment skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR
• Relevant certifications in recruitment is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a corporate environment
