Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of financial reports that include analysis of profitability and business risk.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present financial insights clearly.
• Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
• Recommend improvements in financial processes and systems.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior finance team members.
• Support strategic planning activities through financial modeling.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Master's degree in relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles
