Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to coordinate and oversee our projects in Bloemfontein. You will lead project planning, execution, and monitoring, working closely with various teams to drive project success. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules to guide execution.
• Identify resource requirements and manage project allocations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct project evaluations and assess results post-completion.
• Implement project management tools and software for efficiency.
• Provide leadership and motivation to project teams.
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in project management or related field
