We are in search of a passionate Community Outreach Specialist to join our Pretoria team. Your role will be crucial in developing and executing community engagement strategies, enhancing our outreach initiatives to connect with underrepresented populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead community engagement efforts to enhance participation in programs.
• Facilitate training sessions for community volunteers and participants.
• Monitor community dynamics and report significant changes.
• Generate reports on community outreach outcomes and suggest improvements.
• Work alongside the Program Director to align outreach goals with organisational mission.
• Identify potential funding or partnership opportunities to support outreach efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in Community Development preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in nonprofit or community service sector
