Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data records and assist in maintaining efficient administrative processes. You will be responsible for entering a high volume of data, managing files, and supporting our operational team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular data quality checks.
  • Prepare data for analysis and generate reports.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments regarding data needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation certificate or equivalent
  • Certificate in Administration or related field preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of data entry or administrative experience.
