Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our Pretoria office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strategic relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves identifying key client needs, troubleshooting issues, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring goals and deadlines are met.
  • Foster a deep understanding of client businesses to anticipate future needs.
  • Proactively address client challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Contribute to team efforts to refine processes and improve client services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding sessions for new clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in client services or account management
