Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through trust and transparency.
  • Develop account plans to drive client satisfaction and success.
  • Regularly assess client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to support account strategy.
  • Prepare individualized proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Participate in training sessions to better understand product/service offerings.
  • Help resolve conflicts by providing effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events to represent the company and nurture client relations.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales
