Job Description

As a Machine Puller Over, you will be tasked with operating and monitoring the machines that pull and stretch materials in our manufacturing environment. The role requires attention to detail and an ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Run and supervise machinery used for pulling materials.
• Report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Modify settings on machines to optimize production.
• Assist team members with loading and unloading.
• Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Meet and exceed production goals.
• Conduct routine checks and minor repairs on machinery.
• Liaise with supervisors regarding production issues.
• Adhere to all safety regulations strictly.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience with textile machinery preferred
