We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, performing various dental procedures, and providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of dental procedures including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and conditions.
• Engage in continuous education and training to enhance skills.
• Manage dental emergencies and provide timely care based on urgency.
• Supervise dental hygiene practices and promote a team-oriented environment.
• Build long-lasting patient relationships and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Participate in community outreach and dental health awareness programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
• Postgraduate diploma in Oral Surgery is beneficial

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a dental practice

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of dental software and tools
• Radiology skills

Soft Skills

• Empathy towards patients
• Strong organizational skills

Certifications

• Registered Dentists board member
• CPR certified

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
