Responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Engage with potential candidates through various platforms (job boards, social media, networking events).
• Develop a strong pipeline of candidates for future job openings.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and make improvements.
• Coordinate recruitment events and job fairs to attract talent.
• Conduct training sessions for junior staff on the recruitment process.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure alignment with company goals.

• Familiarity with ATS software: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems for managing candidates.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations: Understanding of South African labor laws that affect recruitment.
