Job Description

As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a critical role in the payroll department, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help maintain our commitment to compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll calculations, ensuring accuracy in all aspects.
  • Develop and maintain payroll documentation and procedures.
  • Provide insights to management regarding payroll trends and issues.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay updated on payroll legislation changes affecting compliance.
  • Assist in employee onboarding by ensuring correct payroll setup.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance
  • Advanced diploma in Payroll Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll management or a similar role
