Job Description

Are you a people person with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. You will handle customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely manner while contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Contribute to the development of customer support training materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) required
  • Further studies in Customer Relations or Business Management is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of customer support experience preferred
