Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations in our Durban warehouse. Your role will involve ensuring inventory accuracy, supervising staff, and optimizing warehouse processes for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate warehouse staff for optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain health and safety standards.
• Manage the scheduling of warehouse staff shifts.
• Assist in the development and execution of inventory management strategies.
• Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.
• Report on operational challenges and propose solutions.
• Facilitate meetings to communicate goals and performance.
• Enhance workflow processes to reduce operational costs.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations supervision

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages
