Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations and ensure smooth freight movement.
• Plan and implement transportation logistics strategies effectively.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels and shipping deadlines.
• Conduct audits of logistics operations to ensure regulations are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about logistics progress.
• Evaluate and select new logistics partners to enhance service delivery.
• Provide regular reports on transportation costs and performance.
• Facilitate problem resolution and respond to any logistics issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
