Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee project execution to ensure goals are met.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Elicit and analyse stakeholder requirements and expectations.
• Prepare and present project updates to upper management and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful strategies.
• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination roles

Technical Skills

• Risk Management
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Negotiation

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
